The following cases were handed down by a Spencer County Grand Jury:

Joshua Hardin, 2550 Little Union Road, Taylorsville, was indicted May 5 on one felony count of planting, cultivating or harvesting marijuana with intent to sell or transfer by knowingly and unlawfully planting, cultivating or harvesting five plants or more of a controlled substance known as marijuana, a schedule 1 hallucinogen, with the intent to sell or transfer marijuana.
