Indictments

The following indictments were handed down by a Spencer County Grand Jury in Spencer Circuit Court on June 21, 2012:

COUNT 1: On or between Aug. 1, 2008 and May 31, 2012, in Spencer County, Tina L. Keller, of the 1500 block of Forest Hill, Shepherdsville, committed the offense of flagrant non-support when she persistently failed to provide support which she could reasonably provide and which she had knowledge of the duty to provide by virtue of a Meade District Court order pertaining to her minor children, thereby accruing an arrearage of not less than $1,000 and/or failing to make payments for at least six consecutive months.

COUNT 1: On or between Nov. 1, 2002 and Aug. 1, 2012, in Spencer County, Cletis D. Coogle, of Latonia, committed the offense of flagrant non-support when he persistently and knowingly failed to provide support which he could reasonably provide and which he had knowledge of the duty to provide by virtue of a Bullitt Circuit Court order pertaining to his minor children, thereby accruing an arrearage of not less than $1,000 and/or failing to make payments for at least six consecutive months.
