On Jan. 11, 2012, Gary Miracle and Jennie L. On Jan. 13, 2012, Ann S. Dobbs and Charles F. Dobbs, 5602 Apache Road, Louisville, to Rocco F. Besednjak and Christina R. Besednjak, 360 Drake Drive, Shepherdsville, lot 33 of Cedar Point, 2.7721 acres, as described in deed book 243, page 737, $7,000.

On Jan. 5, 2012, Jane Allen Miller and Harry T. Miller, 65 Settler’s Point Drive, Taylorsville, to Teresa Ann Catlett, 127 Park Place, Mt. Eden; Betty Ruth Porter, 1709 Greenbriar Road, Mt. Washington; and Mary Diane Sharp, 550 Hunter Road, a one-third undivided interest in approximately 140 acres, less sell-offs as described in deed book 243, page 742, $75,000 fair market value.

On Jan. 10, 2012, Scott A. Newell and Hope Newell, 408 Duff Lane, Louisville, to Ronald Mayer and Jennifer Mayer, P.O. Box 64, Fairfield, an approximately 46.5-acre tract of the Bowman Jewell Farm, on Highway 652/Little Union Church Road, approximately one and one-half miles north of Fairfield, as described in deed book 243, page 755, $180,567.44.

On Jan. 12, 2012, David C. Kempf and Mary Lynn Kempf to Catherine J. Abell, 3526 Briar Ridge Road, Mt. Eden, real estate commonly known as 3526 Briar Ridge Road, Mt. Eden, being tracts 3 and 4 of Richardson Woods, as described in deed book 243, page 772, assessed at $65,100.
