Tabitha D. Pedigo (1982), theft by unlawful taking, gasoline under $500, amended to theft by unlawful taking less than $500, guilty, sentenced to 30 days conditionally discharged for two years and court costs.

Jackie Showalter (1976), quarantine of animals suspected of having rabies, guilty, $100 fine and court costs, $270 restitution.
