Annie G. Edwards, trustee under agreement with Ollie J. Edwards, and Annie G. Edwards, trustee under the Annie G. Edwards Declaration Trust, Bloomfield, to Three Forks Plantation, LLC, Taylorsville, three tracts of property on Bloomfield Road totaling 235 acres in Spencer County and 34 acres in Nelson County, as described in deed book 239 page 180, $1,200,000.
