Mary E. Cundiff. Assault 4th degree domestic violence, minor injury. Defer prosecution 6 months.

Roy D. Inghram. Assault 4th degree domestic violence, minor injury. Sentenced to 180 days conditionally discharged. $153 court costs.

Charles A. Nation. Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Defer prosecution 6 months.
