Traffic:

Kenneth Harold McGaughey. Charge #1, improper start from parked position. Guilty. $50 fine. Charge #2, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, second offense. Guilty. $1000 fine. Charge #3, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Guilty. $50 fine plus $143 court costs.

Misdemeanor:

Stacie L. Stevens. Sentencing hearing. Sentenced to 365 days conditionally discharged. Restitution due by 12/11/09.
