Donna Bulf has been making her yellow squash casserole for about six years. She does not remember where she got it.
“It’s good and easy to make. It’s good if you have a potluck to go to,” said Bulf. She doubles the recipe when she is taking it to a potluck, like the Waterford Homemakers annual picnic where she took the squash casserole in June.
She also makes squash casserole at home a lot. She will sometimes make an extra pan of it to send next door to her grandkids, who request that she make it, especially in the summer.
