Seafood boil offers a fun, tasty ways to prepare shrimp

Spencer County native and former resident James Allen Cox found his recipe for Farmer’s Seafood Boil at the Texas State Fair.

“I picked this up at the Texas State Fair over twenty years ago, and it has not failed me yet,” said Cox. “It is an easy one pot meal.”

Cox reads this paper online and decided to share one of his favorite recipes with his hometown.

The recipe was created by the Texas Extension Service.
