Last week’s snow caused the postponement of Friday’s double-header with Bullitt East but both the boys and girls are scheduled to be back in action this week.

The boys did travel to Eminence last week to claim a 69-37 victory over the Warriors on Tuesday to improve their record on the season to 11-2.

The boys were to be back in action Tuesday night when they hosted North Bullitt for the first of two home games this week. The boys will take on Trimble County on Thursday night. They’ll get a bit of a break before taking on district rival Anderson County at home on January 26.

The girls were scheduled to play at John Hardin on Monday night but as of presstime, no score was available from that game. Through the first 12 contests of the season, the girls are 3-9.

The Lady Bears will host Holy Cross on Friday night before starting a stretch of three road games, beginning with a matchup with Oldham County on Tuesday. Next Saturday they’ll travel to North Oldham and will be at Carroll County on January 26 before finishing up the month with a home game with Bullitt Central on January 29.
