Two indicted for ‘shooting up’ in store parking lot

Two Falmouth residents arrested for shooting up in the Country Mart parking lot in December were indicted Feb. 7 by a Spencer County grand jury.
Kevin A. Highlander, 40, of Broad Street in Falmouth, and Tina L. Scott, 34, of West Shelby Street in Falmouth, are each charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin, complicity, a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, complicity, a Class A misdemeanor.
The drug paraphernalia included a syringe, a pack of razors and a box of aluminum foil, according to the indictment.
