Two additional candidates have thrown their hats in the ring for Spencer County judge-executive.
Taylorsville Mayor Don Pay (R) and Ronald “Woody” Cheek (D) both filed paperwork at the county clerk’s office this week. Pay will face candidates John Riley, a former magistrate, and Lawrence Trageser on the Republican ballot in the May 20 Primary Election.
Cheek will face Jerry Davis, Debbie Herndon, Jan Kehne and David Jewell on the Democratic ballot. The winner of each primary will face off in the General Election on Nov. 4.
