Melinda Ashley Pritchard and Kevin Samuel Bridgman were married Dec. 17 at Reformed Baptist Church in Louisville.
The bride is a daughter of Wade and Suzanne Pritchard of Taylorsville.
The groom is a son of Paul and Violette Bridgman of Okayama, Japan.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and mother, and the Rev. Timothy Johnson officiated the ceremony.
Katrina Pritchard of Taylorsville, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kate Johnson, Stephenie Abbott, Miriam Ojima, Cassie Woods and Essie Kaufman. Angela Pritchard, sister of the bride, was a junior bridesmaid.
Flower girls were Andrea Flowers and Savannah Flowers, cousins of the bride.
Jeffrey Bridgman of Fort Smith, Ark., brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Steven Lee, Erick Ellison, Aaron Winter, Amos Cole and Chris Vander Haak.
Myles Martin, cousin of the groom, was the ringbearer.
The reception followed in the church fellowship hall.
The bride is a student at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and the groom is a corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
After a honeymoon in Hot Springs, N.C., the couple now resides in Surf City, N.C.
