  • God and our vote

  • What the cross was about

As you are well aware, last Sunday was Easter. Hopefully you were able to join one of the many churches here in Spencer County for a “resurrection experience.” The cross is truly a sign of God’s love toward us. We are reminded of the agony Jesus went though on the cross and His glorious resurrection needed to pay the price of our sins.

  • Sleepless nights

We all have those sleepless nights from time to time, some of us more often than others. I have been plagued with a touch of insomnia all my life. Sometimes I just call it being a night person, but it really just means I don’t sleep well. I don’t know when it actually started, but I can remember sleepless or at least very restless nights even back when I was in grade school.
