Zachary Haydon, the Mt. Eden man indicted in connection with an attempted robbery last November at the Settlers Center Dollar General, is scheduled to stand trial Oct. 12 and 13 in Spencer County Circuit Court.
A pre-trial hearing is set for Sept. 22.
His attorney, Robert Charles, has previously argued that the victim’s identification of Haydon is unreliable because it was based on his voice.
Haydon was initially lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center, but has been released.
