  • Public Record: September indictments

    A Spencer County Grand Jury handed down the following indictment on Sept. 12, 2013, in Spencer Circuit Court:

    Count 1: On or about June 2, 2013, in Spencer County, Terry Curtsinger, 29, of the 100 block of Mill Street in Taylorsville, committed the offense of assault in the third degree when he intentionally caused or attempted to cause physical injury to Officer Daniel Wills, a Taylorsville city peace officer.

    The Taylorsville Police Department issued the following citations from Aug. 26 to Sept. 9:

    Deveria J. Earnest, 64, of Westwood in Lawrenceburg, was cited Aug. 26 for speeding 10 mph over the limit.

    Bailey M. Phillips, 20, of Fisherville Road in Finchville, was cited Aug. 26 for failure to wear seat belts and failure to produce insurance card.

    Donald R. Ruzanka Jr., 38, of Arlington Meadows Drive in Fisherville, was cited Aug. 26 for speeding 17 mph over the limit and failure to produce insurance card.
