The following cases were heard by Judge Linda Armstrong in Spencer District Court Dec. 28, 2012:

Traffic:
Larry Arnold Jr. (1984), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs; failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine, all fines  and fees for both charges to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Austin T. Barrick (1994), improper flashing lights, guilty, $50 fine and $143 court costs to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

The following indictments were handed down by a Spencer County Grand Jury on Dec. 6, 2012:

Count 1: On or about Aug. 16, 2012, in Spencer County, William R. Goodwin, 33, of the 3700 block of Kings Church Road, Taylorsville, committed the offense of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, third or subsequent offense, by operating a motor vehicle for at least a third time within a five-year period while his license was revoked or suspended for a violation of KRS 189A.010.

Taylorsville Police Department arrests and citations issued Nov. 28 through Dec. 16:

Charles P. Keeling, 34, of Murray’s Run Road, was cited Nov. 28 for no registration plates and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

April D. Moore, 39, of Briar Ridge Road, was arrested Dec. 3 on an Anderson District Court warrant for failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation.

Angela M. Schultz, 34, of East Main Street, was cited Dec. 5 for no registration plates.

The following cases were heard by Judge Donna Dutton in Spencer District Court Dec. 7, 2012:

Traffic:
Ryan P. McBride (1984), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Walter E. Hahn Jr. (1968), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.
Corey H. Armstrong (1987), disregarding stop sign, guilty, $20 fine, $163 court costs, all fines and fees to be paid in installments/deferred payment.
