The following cases were heard in Spencer District Court on Oct. 26, 2012, by Judge Donna Dutton:

Traffic:
Kerstin J. Keys (no birth year provided), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs paid, state traffic school.

Bruce Readus (1992), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, amended to no license in possession, guilty, $189 in total fines and fees for all charges, to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

The following cases were heard in Spencer District Court on Oct. 5, 2012, by Judge Linda Armstrong:

Traffic:
James D. Buxton (1971), failure to wear seat belts, guilty, $25 fine; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, guilty, $35 fine, all fines waived due to indigence.

Drue A. Obannon (1992), speeding 11 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs paid.

Property transfers recorded in the clerk’s office in August 2012:

On July 25, 2012, a quitclaim deed from George D. Gregory and Alida Z. Gregory, of Avon, Colo., to MCK Investments, LLC, of 48 Grant Court, Taylorsville, the reserved area shown on plat recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, slides 103-104, and the area identified at Boyles Street, Harbor Trail, Shelby Drive and Boone Drive, as described in deed book 247, page 542, $100.
