The following court cases were heard by Judge Linda Armstrong on Jan. 13, 2012:

Traffic:
Jacob S. Alvey (1993), speeding 15 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $173 court costs and fines to be paid in installments/deferred payment.

Susan H. Kronk (1966), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $175 court costs and fines paid.

William M. Parman (1957), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs, six months diversion to be completed June 13, 2012.

The following cases were heard by Judge Linda Armstrong in Spencer District Court Dec. 2, 2011:

Traffic:
Zachary C. Bennett (1993), speeding 16 miles over the legal limit, guilty, state traffic school, $143 court costs to be paid in installments.

Lindsey N. Hayden (1986), speeding 10 miles over the legal limit, guilty, paid $163 in fines and court costs.

Ebbie L. Jones (1992), speeding 21 miles over the legal limit, guilty, paid $186 in fines and court costs.

The following cases were heard by Judge Linda Armstrong in Spencer District Court on Oct. 7, 2011:

Traffic:
Nanette L. Dawson (1976), speeding 24 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 fine, state traffic school.

Steven A. Moran (1992), speeding 13 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $169 fine and court costs.

Lucinda Steers (1965), speeding 25 miles over the legal limit, guilty, $143 court costs, state traffic school.

The following cases were heard  by Judge Matthew Eckert in Spencer District Court on Aug. 19, 2011:

Traffic:
Devin Chesser (1987), operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, amended to no operators license in possession, guilty, $50 fine and state traffic school.

Julia A. Riggs (1971), speeding 17 miles over the legal limit, guilty, fines and state traffic school.

Lana P. Bush (1957), speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, guilty, speeding 19 miles over the legal limit, court costs and state traffic school.
