A Spencer County woman who entered an Alford plea to reckless homicide in early 2012 violated two terms of the diversion program set to keep her out of jail.
Angela Barkham, of Inghram Lane, entered an Alford plea to reckless homicide, a felony, and pleaded guilty to third-degree unlawful transaction with minor, a misdemeanor, in January 2012.
Barkham was sentenced to five years, which was to be diverted for five years if certain conditions were met.
