Drug indictments

Drug charges highlighted most of the cases heard before a Spencer County Grand Jury earlier this month as they handed down a number of indictments.
Those indictments include:
• Carl Henry Wilson, 35, of Louisville. Indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a motor vehicle under the influence; failure to maintain insurance, careless driving and rear license plate not illuminated. The charges stem from a traffic stop in July.
• Jesus Alamo, 47, of Bardstown. Indicted on charges of theft by failure to make required disposition, more than $500 but under $10,000.
• Amber Lynn Shelburne, 26, of Bloomfield. Indicted on charges of illegal possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, opiates; Illegal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, Diazapam; possession of a controlled substance not in original container; speeding, operating a motor vehicle with excessive window tint, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container. The indictments stem from an incident on March 24.
• Hannah Grace Eichner, 27, of New Haven. Indicted on charges of illegal possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, methamphetamine; illegal possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, heroin, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from an incident on August 2.
• Christie Nicole Anderson, 34, of Cecilia. Indicted on charges of illegal possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, heroin; tampering with physical evidence, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and representing as one’s own, another operator’s license. The charges are from an August 2 incident.
• Meagan M. Jackson, 29, of Louisville. Indicted on illegal possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, opiates; possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance not in original container. The charges stem from an incident on July 21.
