Former pest control employee indicted in theft case

A Cynthiana man previously employed by a pest control company has been indicted on charges that he allegedly stole jewelry and prescription medications from Spencer County residents while on the job.
A Spencer County Grand Jury indicted Jeffery Todd Sizemore, 37, Jan. 9 on two counts of theft by unlawful taking, theft of a legend drug less than $300 first offense, and theft of a controlled substance under $10,000. All of the charges are class D felonies and allegedly occurred on or around April 23, May 13 and June 11, 2013, according to the indictment.
