Grand jury indictments

Jason Morgan, of 3449 Love Lane, in Taylorsville was indicted on seven counts that occurred about March 31, 2009; one felony count of manufacturing methamphetamine, three felony counts of trafficking illegal substances, two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance and one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Sallee, of 6015 Green Manor, and Jeremy Schoenbaechler, 9703 Ranger Road, both in Louisville, were indicted on three felony counts of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief when they allegedly entered a dwelling and stole over $300 in belongings and caused damages of over $1000. The crimes reported happened on March 12, 2009.

Ned Davis, 3622 River Park Drive, in Louisville, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon for an incident occuring on April 30, 2009.

Kimberly Pittman, 6930 Taylorsville Road, in Fisherville, was indicted on two felony counts of giving false statements. Pittman knowingly failed to report a change in factors affecting her eligibility for public assistance. As a result, she received $1,396 in benefits to which she was not entitled. The second count was charged because Pittman also knowingly failed to report a change in factors affecting her eligibility for Medicaid. She received $2,599.74 in benefits to which she was not entitled. These events allegedly occurred during 2006 and 2007.
