    The Taylorsville Police Department issued the following citations April 8-16:

    Shelby R. Clarkson, 22, of Mapleview Court in Mount Washington, was cited April 8 for speeding 15 mph over the limit.

    Jessica E. Cross, 27, of Wilkerson Boulevard in Bloomfield, was cited April 11 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration plates and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first offense.
