Al-Anon

New Beginnings Al-Anon Family Group will be holding its meetings at Taylorsville Community Church, located at 277 Taylorsville Road in Taylorsville, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Monday.

These meeting are for the community; Al-Anon groups are not affiliated with any denomination. Call Cynthia Bonds 354-1167 for more information.

Free food boxes

Grace Chapel, located at 60 Ray Road, Taylorsville, will be handing out free food boxes every second Thursday of the month from 4 p.m. — 6 p.m.

CCLC Fish Fry

Christian Crossing Lifeline Center, located at 722 Town Hill Road, Taylorsville, has a fish fry three days a week with free delivery within the City of Taylorsville limits.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12 p.m. — 5 p.m.

Fridays for Lent, 11 a.m — 6 p.m.

Saturdays, 11 a.m. — 4 p.m.

Meal includes fish sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and a drink — $11

Fish sandwich — $7

Fries — $1.50

Onion rings — $2.75

Coleslaw — $1

Chili/soup — small $1.50, medium $2.50, large $3.50

Pies — by the slice $1.50, whole $10

Ice cream — medium cup $5, large cup $7

Drink — $1.50

All money collected is considered a donation to the church.

CCLC also wants to invite you to Sunday services at 11 a.m., and Wednesday Bible Study at 6:30 p.m.

All Saints All-You-Can-Eat Chicken Dinner

The All Saints Knights of Columbus Council invite you to their monthly All-You-Can-Eat Chicken Dinner on Sunday, Feb. 18 from Noon to 3 p.m., or until they run out, at All Saints Catholic Church, located at 410 Main Cross, in Taylorsville.

The meal includes sides, drink, and dessert.
