The following indictments were filed by the Spencer County Circuit Court on Jan. 10, 2024:

Ciara Harrell, 9621 Loft Lane, Louisville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, complicity, a class D felony; one count buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and one count possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; all stemming from an incident on Nov. 29, 2023.

The following indictments were filed by the Spencer County Circuit Court on Jan. 11, 2024:

Gerald Scott Auck, 126 Fairview Road, Harrodsburg, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; one count buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; one count speeding 15 mph over speed limit; and one count rim or frame obscuring license plate; all stemming from an incident on Nov. 29, 2023.

Kevin D. Houghlin, 47 Drakes Ridge Road, Bloomfield, was indict-ed on one count wanton endangerment, first degree, a class D felony; stemming from an incident on Oct. 14, 2023.

The following indictments were filed by the Spencer County Circuit Court on Feb. 7, 2024:

Wayne Alan Bodytko, Jr., 7025 Black Walnut Circle, Louisville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, heroin, a class D felony; one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; one count buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and one count possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; all stemming from an incident on Dec. 16, 2023.

William J. Edmonson, 460 Murray Road, Taylorsville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, second offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, second offense, hydrocodone, a class D felony; one count controlled sub-stance prescription not in original container, first offense, a class B misdemeanor; one count failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, a class B misdemeanor, and one count no tail lamps; all stemming from an incident on Nov. 4, 2023.

Richard Lewis Hammock, 5622 Mount Zion Road, Willisburg, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; one count failure of owner to maintain required insurance, a class B misdemeanor, one count failure to notify address change to transportation cabinet, a class B misdemeanor; and one count no brake lights; all stemming from an incident on Jan. 4, 2024.

Richard Lewis Hammock, 5622 Mount Zion Road, Willisburg, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; and one count rim or frame obscuring license plate; all stemming from an incident on Dec. 28, 2023.

Anna R. Terry, 159 Mill Hill, Taylorsville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; and one count buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; all stemming from an incident on Nov. 8, 2023.

Billy Stump, 1004 Roberts Road, Taylorsville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, second offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; stemming from an incident on Jan. 2, 2024.

The following indictments were filed by the Spencer County Circuit Court on Feb. 8, 2024:

Calvin Bloyd, 413 Hillview Boulevard, Louisville, was indicted on one count criminal mischief, first degree, a class D felony; one count attempted burglary, third degree, a class D felony; one count theft by unlawful taking/disposing over $500 but under $1,000, a class A misdemeanor; one count public intoxication, controlled substance, excluding alcohol, a class B misdemeanor, and one count criminal trespass, third degree; all stemming from an incident on May 5, 2023.

Kerry Lee Davidson, 310 Lakeside Drive, Taylorsville, was indicted on one count enhancement trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, greater than or equal to two grams, methamphetamine, a class B felony; and one count enhancement buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class D felony; all stemming from an incident on Nov. 30, 2023.

Kaleigh E. Jolly, 3687 Plum Creek Road, Taylorsville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, second offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; one count possession of a controlled substance, third degree, drug unspecified, a class A misdemeanor; one count buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; unauthorized use of motor vehicle, first offense, a class A misdemeanor; one count controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense, a class B misdemeanor; one count operating a motor vehicle under the influence of substance(s), first offense, aggravating circumstance, a class B misdemeanor; all stemming from an incident on Jan. 2, 2024.

Diana J. Peters-Malkawi, 276 Taylorsville Road, Taylorsville, was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, a class D felony; and one count buy/possess drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; all stemming from an incident on Nov. 8, 2023.

An indictment does not mean guilt or innocence. Instead, it means that at least nine of the 12 grand jurors felt there was enough evidence to move forward with a criminal trial.
